# D435if Camera not working on Ubuntu 22.04

I’ve gotten the game controller KC-8236 functioning on a Hello Robot Stretch 3 but the D435if camera will not operate and messages indicate ROS 01 needed. Tried to launch it manually but fails. The gripper camera is working. The robot is using Ubuntu 22.04 ROS2.

Hey @orhernand welcome to the forum, I think it would be more helpful if you could provide more debug information such as error outputs and the corresponding commands you had tried. This will allow us to identify the issue your facing better.

I was able to get the camera going. ROS2 humble environment needed some updates to the workspace.
