MoveIT support with hello-robot

I am using this hello-robot to coordinate with other tools for finding the object and moving it. Almost all the robots out there are using MoveIT to control the movement of robot. Can we integrate MoveIT with hello robot? If yes, any tutorial will be great help.

Hi @sitaneja, yes it is possible to use MoveIt with Stretch. In fact, we have partnered with PickNik, organizers of the MoveIt project, to bring the manipulation framework to the Stretch platform.

In keeping with the open source ethos of both companies, we’re developing this project on Github, so you may be interested in testing alpha releases as we make them available. We plan to release tutorials and a beta version in late May.

The initial MoveIt config is now available.
