Hello,

We’ve been having some problems with the battery life for our Stretch RE1 recently. The battery check tool tends to show around 11.5V shortly after being taken off the charger. I tried the “Recovering from Low Battery Voltage” steps on the [battery maintenance guide](https://docs-arch.hello-robot.com/0.2/stretch-hardware-guides/docs/battery_maintenance_guide_re1/), which recommend putting the charger in supply mode and letting it charge for several hours. However, the charger consistently puts itself in standby mode within a couple minutes.

I have a video, but I think it’s too big to be uploaded, so it’s linked here: [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FSduAkQB7iCVtPk9cBzB9Sr912TJek1S/view?usp=sharing](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FSduAkQB7iCVtPk9cBzB9Sr912TJek1S/view?usp=sharing).

This happens both when the robot is on and off. It also happens when I put the charger in supply mode and don’t plug it into anything. I have measured the robot’s batteries and the charger with a multimeter, and both read around 12.8V. Is this expected behavior?

Thank you for any information.
