Hello, Stretch community! We’re excited to announce the release of Stretch AI - a new open-source suite of tools, tutorials, and reference code to explore and build the future of home robots with Stretch 3!
Stretch AI helps accelerate your research with tools for:
- Language-guided autonomy with LLM Agents
- Learning from Demonstration for policy training (ACT, Diffusion, VQ-BeT)
- Real-time visualization with Rerun
- Mapping, navigation, and grasping
Leverage the AI Agent demo for real-world commands: “Hey Stretch, pick up the toy and place it in the bin.” Use LfD to teach Stretch dexterous tasks like opening a cabinet door. Of course it’s all open source, so you can download and run Stretch AI with your robot (and a external GPU-powered machine) today.
You can see more on our website here, or go straight to the Github repo and explore the codebase. If you decide to try out Stretch AI, let us know! We’d love to get feedback on how to make this feature better for our community.
