Error occurred after updating the hardware accessories

We recently received a shipment from Hello Robot Inc. for the replacement of a broken rubber band on our Stretch RE-2 robot, along with additional hardware accessories for an upgrade. During the process of formatting the robot and installing a new operating system and firmware, we encountered the following issues.

Hi @Hotcat, are the issues you’re seeing here coming from the same robot as in the following thread?

Yes, it’s the same robot. We’re currently working on upgrading the Stretch-RE2 version by adding some hardware accessories.
