We recently received a shipment from Hello Robot Inc. for the replacement of a broken rubber band on our Stretch RE-2 robot, along with additional hardware accessories for an upgrade. During the process of formatting the robot and installing a new operating system and firmware, we encountered the following issues.
However, we encountered the same issue as described by the user below.
When I upgraded a stretch2 to ubuntu 22.04 and humble, the install scripts worked fine but then in the next step the firmware update failed. the arm and left wheel seem to not be recognized and i am not sure that the devices are mapped correctly.

Hi @Hotcat , are the issues you’re seeing here coming from the same robot as in the following thread?
We recently purchased the hardware upgrade accessory to convert our Stretch-RE2 robot to the SE3 configuration. As part of the process, we sent our robot to Hello Robot for the upgrade and repair.
After receiving the robot back, we formatted and reinstalled the system from scratch. Initially, we encountered a persistent issue where the D405 camera was not recognized. Yes, it’s the same robot. We’re currently working on upgrading the Stretch-RE2 version by adding some hardware accessories.
