For anyone reading this thread in the future, @Anant_Rai and I solved the issue on a debugging call. The firmware updater tool was updated to v0.3.9 using pip3 install -U hello-robot-stretch-factory
and then we were able to flash the latest firmware successfully using REx_firmware_updater.py --install
. With the firmware flashed correctly, the robot was able to homed again successfully.
