Dear @sitaneja, would you attach a log of the output of the command you’ve entered? I recall that this previously occurred since your Realsense camera was stuck in a weird configuration; which was resolved by restarting the robot. Since it’s pretty rare for the camera to get stuck in this configuration, I don’t expect this is the same issue. I’d be happy to help find a stable solution for this issue with the log information.
