Our Stretch robot doesn’t turn on anymore and doesn’t seem to charge either. We think a fuse may have blown. It happened while we were restarting the robot while it was connected to the charger in 12V supply mode.
When we pull the robot manually, turning the wheels against the floor, the power light and lights at the top of the Stretch turn on.
How can we fix this?
Hi @akhilp, if the power button’s LED does not illuminate when the robot is switched on, the fuse has indeed been blown. Fortunately, the fuse can be replaced pretty easily. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on replacing it.
If the power LED does illuminate, then take a look at this troubleshooting table to diagnosis what might be causing this issue.
