I wanted to let you know what I found: when I tried to move and lift the arm, it didn’t respond to the movement, and this what appeared.

What you’re seeing is actually normal behavior. The red overlay indicates that the arm and lift have reached their joint limits. In this case, it means the arm can’t retract any further and the lift can’t move further downward, so those motions are blocked for safety.
Could you try moving the lift upward or extending the arm instead? That will help confirm everything is working as expected.
