The robot shut down for the first time, and now it won't start up again

The robot won’t start up after the first shutdown. We can hear the Ubuntu startup sound when pressing the start button, but there is no display on the monitor, and the LiDAR doesn’t run. We have tried to use another monitor but no change.

It could be an HDMI port issue, what is the serial number of your robot?
